He died or had left a memento after his death in order to forgive the young and failed wife who had been deprived of the "benefits of this worldly life" due to the oppression of others, and for this reason he also ordered the family members to pay for the establishment of that endowed library. He issued it in his hometown of Zanjan.

He was also heard as a "professional craftsman" and was invited to come to Zanjan. There was no one who knew the administrative meanings or responsibilities well, and it was just the "governor general" that there was no "industrial town" in this province, and only because "Zanjan is his hometown and native place" and their false promises He agreed to sell his numerous turning shops or mansions or buildings, etc. and come to Zanjan! Either the skilled workers or the honest workers leave their various shops in Tehran and come to the "new industrial town of Zanjan" who did not know the skills of a farmer! Or with the promise that we will give you such a large piece of land in Zanjan to build a bigger factory! Or we give you a bigger factory license! Or we give you multiple turning machines to buy from abroad! Which were just promises to reap! Or we give electricity for three industrial phases! Or industrial water or a large loan ٌ that is, from the city banks or from the "Provincial Industry and Mining Bank" and we give it to you! Or the promises of another harvest like this !!! He did not take into account the promises of the officials of Zanjan province that the city was born, so he sold all his property or house or shops or machines in Tehran and came to Zanjan and started drawing checks. A new guarantee was used to buy new machines or to spend other expenses of the larger factory, ie the construction of "Mohammadi Sock Weaving Machine Factory" In addition, in his absence from Iran, the staff of the same factory went bankrupt and abused the young age of his daughters, or because they did not have an experienced lawyer for them and the same third of the wealth brought to Tehran, took Asghar Agha with him or raised him in Zanjan, who now claims Asghar Agha. He owes them too! Therefore, they made the most of the abuse and negligence of the provincial officials, and the hands of the girls who lost their property were not locked up! And at the end of his life, when he was older and could no longer work, he was forced to return to Iran, but he also lost his home in Tehran, so he had to live in his daughter's house in Karaj for several years, and until recently. He died in Karaj and next to the tomb of his young wife and in "Karaj Monastery" He calmed down and in addition to all his job creation and for the residents of Zanjan, he was accompanied by the silence of the residents of Zanjan or he was accompanied by his funeral and for this reason I have to break his silence and mention his other cultural services or his rise in Zanjan! Cultural services of Masoumeh Khanum, a young woman in Zanjan or a resident of Zanjan. They have not done such a service to the people of Zanjan! Which had profound cultural and civil effects in this town of Zanjan, or his cultural and cultural works are much more useful than the works of "Haj Barkhodar Cultural Charity in Yazd" which the people of Yazd praise! Or more useful than "Works of Dr. Mahmoud Afshar Cultural Endowment"

They were in Zanjan and either got hundreds of Zanjan buyers to be employed or provided jobs for themselves and their families for a long time thanks to the property of this Zanjan charity and also today thanks to their "charity" which is inhabited by tens of thousands of people in Zanjan Culture Alley.They get the necessary share that they have enjoyed a semi-respectable settlement, and if the endowment property had not been donated to them, or to the inhabitants of this large town of Zanjan, and today this company in Zanjan would still be half-ruined, or today there is news of 22,000 green trees in There was no news of Zanjan culture dormitory! Or today there was no news of other cultural institutions in this town or effective monuments and in this big city of Zanjan there was no one who commonly thinks that it originated from the deaths of Zanjan city councils and vice versa The cultural result of the "anonymous cultural endowment of Masoumeh Khanum Mohammadi"It is in Farhang dormitory that gave its necessary effects and while the only painting of his endowment library to the people of Zanjan lasted only 5 years in this town, but it was later removed and while it is still 19 years that the people living in it and the various benefits of this endowment are Masoumeh Khanum They taste it in their town and it is not the result of the actions of the municipality or Zanjan city council or the province's cultural guidance office, but its people still know who "Masoumeh Khanum and this good lady" are and who they are. And while they should know Soghar Agha and after that The event of his own economic collapse made him feel that it was no longer possible to reinvest him inside Iran or that he had been fired, so he had to make a living for himself and his family, and only as a "technically skilled technician."To work or to do simple work only in foreign industries and on the other hand he regretted the mistake or he was ashamed and upset with his children that he had been hit by the mistake or his wife died prematurely because he had several children and they too And more than they were affected by the loss of their own father, and they were more saddened by the death of their mother, or in their youth, when a woman from a factory owner had become an Iranian!For this reason, Asghar Agha, and to alleviate the mental pain of his children, or to alleviate his conscience, and to act with God or on the Day of Judgment, he decided to act like the factory owners of Yazd, Kashan, Kerman, etc., and therefore ordered the establishment of a cultural endowment library. He gave one of the deprived neighborhoods of Zanjan to provide its technical activity or to reward it and make the soul of a deceased woman happy, or to provide cultural assistance to the deprived children of a neighborhood of Zanjan so that they can grow by reading the book or using those books. Pray for the life of the deceased woman! His self-sacrifice has led to the development of these children, so he gave it to his two adult daughters and ordered them to take part of his financial income abroad during his working days and abroad, and to spend the construction of the library. To live in this town or to equip an "endowment library" in this town or with the name of "his late wife""In one of the deprived neighborhoods of Zanjan, or with the cultural support of his niece in Zanjan, spend endowments that he was a member of the faculty of the University of Tehran, and therefore in line with this goal, in 2001, the library of Asghar Agha was dedicated to Farhang dormitory or" The foundations of the establishment of the specialized library of the endowed woman were laid in the cultural dormitory of Zanjan, or at the beginning of Rose 14 street, this dormitory of the dormitory took a job and gradually grew or flourished!And 5 years was all effective, so thousands of students or thousands of students came to this town of Zanjan or other towns and used the types of books on loan from the endowment library or used the cultural and artistic services located next to the endowment library. Or what is in an urban neighborhood? In addition, it was in these days that Asghar Agha's family or children had decided to donate money or take the financial burden of establishing their beloved mother's endowment library, or in this deprived neighborhood of Zanjan and take care of their own finances and their mother would receive the final reward!

 Yes, it was during these days in 2001 that the family of the late Masoumeh Khanum decided to contact the members of the first term of Zanjan City Council and their elected mayor through me, who was their relative, and asked for permission to establish the Masoumeh Khanum Endowment Library or other members of the city council. They demanded, and at the same time they did not make any financial commitment in this regard, but they felt that the activity could be effective in the growth of the neighborhood, and in addition, they could benefit from the mentioned cultural activities in this neighborhood of Zanjan and for their own propaganda. Take it! Therefore, they issued an administrative permit. Therefore, today some people think that this type of cultural activity in Zanjan neighborhood or in the interpretations of Tehranians and "neighborhood council activities" is provided by the municipal budget, which has a deputy council in the municipality of Tehran. That is a very wrong idea!

 While with the financial support of the family of the late Masoumeh Khanum Mohammadi, these cultural activities were formed in the cultural dormitory of Zanjan, which was a good factory owner in Zanjan and his senior daughters and with the money sent from abroad, the endowment library was formed in the dormitory of Zanjan or It was established in 2001 that for some time it had been called the "Library of Koi Farhang Youth Council" and had taken over the library's administrative seal, so most of the membership cards were stamped.It happened that the children of all neighborhoods came to Farhang dormitory and became members, and the current public library was not there at that time. They no longer benefited from such membership cards, which ordinary libraries do not have! Therefore, it was in line with this financial aid of their father that the two eldest daughters of Asghar Agha helped to establish this endowment library, the title of which belonged to their late mother.  Or dozens of Zanjan city managers came to the place and saw them up close, but still did not ask what budget it came from? Or from what financial source was it financed? And while Khair Mohammadi's family had rented the place and location of the library for several years, or paid for the purchase of heaters and burned it, and paid for the gas, electricity, and telephone of the library in those days, or paid for 350,000 art class ads or several thousand placards. They paid or paid regularly for the mentioned fruits and sweets and tea of ​​the young people, or paid for the invitations of dozens of provincial managers to the mentioned place during those days, but such works are not seen in the library of Haj Ahmad Mahdavi in ​​Zanjan. Be in that neighborhood! Or it is not seen in Haj Barkhordar library in Yazd that today his people have not removed his family name from the mentioned place and still!

 Zanjan was invited to visit the art exhibition, or during the week or during the month, when a large number of students were welcomed, or by various school principals or teachers, and came by school minibus to visit the endowment exhibition. In addition, the main building of the endowment library was completed, which the Mohammadi family had bought or built to establish the permanent location of the library. Therefore, the board of trustees of the endowment library also decided on that date that it was a "rented place".The library should be moved from 14th Street to the main and permanent building of the library or moved to a few streets away, so that all their miscellaneous expenses can be removed from the place and the burden of the esteemed Mohammadi family. They moved it and brought it to the main building, which was completed, or it had 6 "book storage rooms" and it had 120 meters with "two reading rooms" or it had a toilet and a bathroom, so in the middle of the second term, the city councils moved furniture and shelves and tables. They either transferred books, paintings, chairs, furniture and library furniture with a rented place to the purchased unit of the Mohammadi family, so that they could spend their time under the title of "Specialized Endowment Library" or from the domain of the public library. Expenditure "They gave up, which was expensive, and that is why they bought books from 12,000 volumes, separated the Mohammadi family from the city of Tehran, and kept only 7,000 specialized books in the specialized place, which were often in the field of political science. Either the books were related to ethnography, or the books were related to Asian countries, or the history books, or international law, etc., and 5,000 volumes of other books were given to other libraries in Zanjan, which were used for general purposes or lessons, such as books for children and youth. It was a public book and was donated to several public libraries in the city, including the library of Zanjan University or the library of the Children and Adolescents Education Center. They often left the expensive or empty libraries of this type of large government centers and came only to the small library of the Zanjan Education Research Council, which was located in front of the Zanjan Dar al-Quran, so they disturbed the traffic of the department or provided it for them. This is also the reason why in recent years, the staff of that department also preferred to change the location of the library of the said Research Council or move it from the office building to a remote school room. For this reason, this semi-rich library in Zanjan and I do not know the National Library. Iran has been closed for the past few yearsTherefore, it has no client.

 Finally, it should be noted that now in the main place of the library of Masoumeh Khanum, which was bought by the daughters of the deceased, there are about 7,000 rich specialized books and in addition there are 1200 volumes of Iranian studies research books or there are various ethnographic books by a number of researchers or Professional writers and only to the library of the endowment of the late Ms. Mohammadi and "private endowment"They have said that there are no books in any Iranian library and the like, and they are worried about their plagiarism by agents of Iranian public libraries who do not meet the criteria of fiduciary duty, and books that do not even exist in the library of Tehran University or in the library of Astan Quds or in the library.
