The late Shah's government also had a religious function in this regard, such as the concept of trade unions in European countries and the role of deterrence of corruption, acting instead of the Resurrection Party or the State Republican Party or the State Construction Agents Party, all from the jurisprudential views of Ayatollah Boroujerdi. It did not originate from the thoughts of Bazargan or the thoughts of Dr. Shariati or the thoughts of Dr. Abbas Sheibani who came to the University of Tehran with Dr. Hassan Arefi during the campaign to consider the students of the Islamic associations of the universities and "non-Islamic" who should suffer a cultural revolution. ! In addition, he considers the rest of the Iranian authorities as imitators, either in his book Marja'iyat and Rouhanat or in the book "The Decline of His Muslims". For this reason, Ayatollah Khoei's fatwa on the jurisprudential inferences of Engineer Bazargan and on the non-separation of "religious jurist" from "government minister" is such that he considered himself a Muslim because of his position as prime minister Make your executive and "Quranic legitimate" appear! Or they had the same ideas as the children of the Hojjatieh Association and the religious authorities about the text of the Qur'an which says: " O God, the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, it is impossible for me if a Muslim minister or his deputy Muslim administration or a member of the Muslim parliament does not read the Qur'an or contradicts the order of the Messenger of God, which is stated in the above verse. They fall, and therefore the necessity of obedience to him depends on whether he implements or does not implement the verses of the Qur'an or the hadith of the Prophet in the mentioned ministries. Or voting for a member of parliament is like this from the Quranic point of view? Therefore, the necessity of administrative obedience to him and the condition of his obedience to Quranic verses is related to his government position! Or Ayatollah Azari Qomi and because of his fatwas and the management of Resalat newspaper or the management of the seminary of Qom and lose Ayatollah Seyyed Sadegh Rouhani or Ayatollah Najafi Marashi and suffer all kinds of problems!
