The ruler of agriculture is without tact and does not know that if they do not have a rational calculation in the management of lands and cities, and finally the whole investment mechanism of the past of Ahvaz or Ramhormoz and Mahsher will collapse and they will not be able to manage it! Either they naively think that the government decree of the Minister of the Interior will "miracle" them or they will not make any mistake in administrative practice that they have taken so bravely and over the last 20 years and administrative or city decisions! Has been put in the "Ministry of Scientific Urban Development" so that any literate person can be deceived only by claiming the controversial sign of that ministry! Or his imagination and all the future injuries of the contemporary cities of Khuzestan will be relieved! And cities that are next to the bed of dangerous rivers, but have an uncontrolled urban expansion, so it is possible that in one day and 365 days a year and floods and the bed of these rivers all rise by one meter and all the neighborhoods of Ahvaz or Hamidiyeh or Susangard and Mahshahr and Ramshir under water And the municipalities responsible for their maintenance or those responsible for the protection of those cities of Khuzestan and the control of the mentioned urban floods will be unable to do so! Or even the professors and managers of the Malasani Faculty of Agriculture at Chamran University do not know how to teach water engineering or irrigation, but are unable to understand the dangerous irrigation mechanism in Khuzestan and are unable to warn the provincial administrators! Or professors who have made high claims in the classroom. They teach "water and irrigation" engineering at the master's, doctoral and level levels and show their high level of knowledge! Or even the level of knowledge of the professors of Sharif University of Technology or Amir Kabir is the same, and the science of water engineering or dangerous dams is such that they are constantly planning in the corridors of the organization to participate in designing dams and projects of the Ministry of Energy and basically with high claims in engineering. They have built dams and water structures, but they are not able to control and control dangerous spills above 10 dams in Khuzestan, or in the research offices of these universities and their technology growth center, they are not capable of this type of dangerous consulting, or they have not even thought about it at home. Therefore, it destroys all the strength of urban planning or construction costs of the cities! But unfortunately, in the lessons learned by Dors, is there this type of schools of urban planning or water engineering or irrigation engineering in Iran? Or such knowledge-based knowledge and offices have found a lot of narcissism, and instead of recognizing the facts of water supply and flooding of Iranian cities, they simply exaggerate about their native knowledge and native map! Or they have only careless translations of European books, and they are only about the properties of water and the appearance of the structure, they have taken Ozalid, or they have other careless university courses that they have the right to teach! Or the media have learned journalism from them, but instead claim to establish a doctoral course and be a pioneer in the news, or promote the Iranianness of the pioneers and indigenous knowledge on television, or be seen in the news coverage of TV presenters! Or claim the reverse engineer! And this kind of administrative ignorance is associated with the superstition of Iranians and today and creates disaster! Therefore, they are behind in realizing the problems of Khuzestan, or they do not see ahead of the tip of their noses! Or they do not see the causes of Khuzestan water engineering defects and the cause! Or in understanding the flawed knowledge of Khuzestan irrigation and the philosophy behind it, they do not see it! Turning the water, electricity and sewage department of Iranian cities can still be highly specialized! Or they have acted in the management of dams and towers and rainfed piping of the cities, or they have talked about the skill of piping in the desert or they have run away! Or they are still praising their actions or like the small shaft operation caused by Gotvand dams  15 Khordad and after the defective construction is praised or after the cost of all these costly installations of streams and aimless piping of deserts and also do not know the theoretical weaknesses of their maintenance or damage caused by the work of its huge networks of water, electricity and sewage They have not learned! Either they do not know how to control the dams accurately, which has caused a lot of damage to the people of Khuzestan in the last few years, or they have not learned how to control such huge facilities so that the people do not suffer from dams and recent floods! Or do not cause harm in recent droughts! And why the crisis of their primary literacy and those administrative admissions prevent them from recognizing the shortcomings of their ministry staff or taking responsibility for their employees! Therefore, the 20-year crisis of water and electricity of 4.7 million Khuzestanis is unfortunate and is in this direction or occurs due to the native dam construction engineers of Iran! Who has become an engineer and manager in the last 20 years and has built 10 terrible dams on the plains of Hamvar Khuzestan or full of "floods" of Khuzestan or built dams without basic knowledge, but the engineering-administrative performance of their water and electricity management is not known to all Iranians? And this action is while after the revolution The Ministry of Energy or its contractors and the task of sewage have taken over the cities and have accepted the "rural water supply" from the Ministry of Agriculture! And without its personnel knowing the scientific principles of their construction or the principles of administrative maintenance of those great urban facilities! Or have clear information and clear criteria in that case or have municipal sewage duties! Or in the uncontrolled consumption of urban drinking water, baths, and yards, or in the separation of pipes of water supply facilities of different cities? Workers have stopped under the soil of all kinds of cities, but they do not have water supply to fix their administrative defects and information! Therefore, in order to correct them, the lands of all Iranian cities should be piped and all of them should be plowed! That is called the phenomenon of trial and error! Or understand their engineering miscalculation problem in rain-fed piping of superpowers? Either they have to be dug up again or all that kind of huge pipes have to be dug out of the ground and understood the flaw of their employee information! Or the reservoir of four big dams in Tehran must be empty every year! And their administrative experience goes up and down, and because they have shown inexperience in the underground mapping of Tehran or the towns of Karaj connected to it, or in the piping of Tehran and all kinds of inexperience, or they had a weak contractual thinking of water and electricity, but today they do not go under. And without having clear administrative or transparent principles in establishing and directing the field of electricity and electronics of the universities! Or teaching universities in the establishment of water engineering! Or have they recommended various electronics colleges in their proposed courses? Or know the philosophy of drinking water in crisis-stricken cities well? Or tell people and the urban conscious and clear or what they mean by this type of urban facilities? Or Or in planting and owning and operating that type of expensive urban facilities? Or how much administrative and rational tactics have they used in their construction? Defects in Ahwaz water and sewage facilities are problematic and require only special administrative techniques, and therefore such decisions have been creating an urban crisis for years, which is due to "lack of administrative cooperation." It is about the role, function and function of the Ministry of Energy that they have imaginary thoughts about providing water, electricity and sewage services in Ahvaz and other cities. Or it will be exposed at an expensive cost for the people of Iran! And while the value of a property or house does not depend on the large investment of that property or is not related to the price of the chandelier or the aristocratic neighborhood of that property, but the value of the same property or house or neighborhood or the welfare of its inhabitants and "three elements" It depends on whether all three of these elements include useful water supply to the house, or non-harmful electricity supply, or sewage, the components of the house to function properly, and space or appliances inside the house to be useful and low cost, or how to install or close gutters, or drain. The water in the kitchens or bathrooms or the toilet drain of the said house should work properly and the house or neighborhood should remain useful. It will be destroyed or the residents of all the mentioned neighborhoods and everyone will be affected and they will complain about the government and their departments for years and therefore billions of investments of that house or neighborhood or government will be lost! Or any kind of welfare and peace of mind! Deprives the same house! Or it takes from the residents of the same neighborhood! Finally, he encounters street riots and cannot be solved! And it can be solved only with the expertise of a regional expert! Either with the correct planning program, experienced people can be solved, or in the long run, it will be solved with administrative wisdom that the personnel or managers of the Ministry of Energy do not have that kind of administrative skills, or they do not have administrative aristocracy and the function of their newly established ministry! To follow experienced administrative methods and can no longer be obtained from the common social fashions of other societies. So far, the administrative and technological changes of the Ministry of Energy and the popular fashions of the common class have originated or have made the title of specialized offices of their office. Or the technology of its circles has made the public insightful, but this time it is possible only by relying on administrative rationality and deep theoretical insight, or it can be solved with deep experiences, so that they can change and change the methods of correcting their shortcomings! Or to separate the vulnerable components of residential areas of Ahvaz and other cities from less vulnerable places with low cost and then give them to other parts of urban development, optimal water supply and sewerage, and the next cultural transmission! Which requires the strategic trick of the future to provide them in the ministry or to turn them into the public culture of the people and in the construction of houses and parts of water and electricity, and this is while the life of establishing new administrative and university institutions in central Khuzestan and years or the life of offices The whole city of Ahvaz is about 20 to 60 years old, but young and inexperienced engineers still do not know the mechanism! Or the intellectual problem of Ahvaz Watershed Management is that water supply of Khuzestan villages to There is a crisis or the Livestock Health Department or the soil, water and rangeland and forest lands of Ahvaz that all these livestock were lost due to lack of veterinary medicine or lack of livestock management and thirst or the problem of the Ahvaz Land Management Department which is still the correct concept of "Khuzestan Agricultural Land Management" "And have not shown to others! Either they do not implement the problem of Khuzestan Environment and Water Supply Department correctly or the problem of "Ahwaz Horticulture Department" Khuzestan's palm trees are drying up, or Baghmalek orchards or lettuce orchards or tomatoes, crops, livestock and fisheries of Khuzestan are being wasted, or the problem is the Ahwaz Program and Budget Management Department, which has not been able to implement the proper budgeting of 18 provincial administrations. Or for a few years, they have not been able to solve the whole of Ahvaz and now it is not solved by chaos! And a group that does not take administrative measures against the administrative and residential destiny of the people of Khuzestan! While in 60 years ago it was not like that or such administrative institutions did not exist without purpose and purpose, but agriculture was provided in the inhabited village of Khuzestan which was in the era of feudalism of Khuzestan and in that historical period and the problem of urban or rural drinking water or animal health or sewage. Shahrio could be solved socially and in a traditional way, or the problem of Khuzestan streams was not there, or the problem of drainage wells in Khuzestan, or the residential sewage was not in the city, or the problem of water supply in Khuzestan villages was solved in a traditional way, or with the administrative culture of Kadkhodas and morals and mystics. Which has created a blind imitation of Quebec-like and for our administrations! That is why, in order to establish such new administrative, technological, and American institutions in the same historical period, " It was of intellectual origin, or the construction of electrical appliances in homes and ancillary facilities associated with electricity generation was inspired by the Tennessee Valley model, and was taught to the Shah's science minister, or to the deans of Tehran University of Technology, or to Ahvaz and Tehran School of Agriculture, or Aria Mehr University of Technology. They blindly cement the dam like Dezful dam or build 180 concrete dams with their workers, or dig and dig dozens of earthen dams in Iran without studying the pathology of the dam! Or think of the technical and political consequences of their clumsy establishment! Or they are contract engineers who have created hundreds of steel pipe workshops and know how to hide water pipes under the ground, or they know how to make drywall in a polyga factory or dry plastic hose factory, and some of the marketers do not have a diploma or They are loader drivers who have learned to pipe in hundreds of plains, or to make all kinds of decorative bathroom faucets, or to build and spread kitchen faucets, or gardens and green space in the city, or in all parts of Iran and all kinds of rainfed piping. Either they build a neighborhood that is aimless or they just waste money! Or they use all kinds of aimless concrete streams with concrete and excavators, which have been filled in recent times and in the floods of Khorestan and Golestan, and only the hollow word of the concept of "watershed management and aquifer management" 31 provinces of Iran have become literally fashionable, but they can not prevent the blinding of the streams or the salinization of the streams! Or to prevent the cultivation and industry of Jiroft plain or Ganjabad, etc.? In addition, the demi-minded personnel of the Program Organization of 31 Provinces of Iran are the same and they can not prevent the pity and desire of the program and budgeting in this way! Or the heads of universities do not know what the real philosophers of establishing the field of power or electronics were in the universities of the Shah's era? Or they do not know the philosophy behind the establishment of the courses of plant breeding and agriculture during the Shah's period, which they do in practice on Iranian farms and on foot, or what was the concept of irrigation engineering or watershed management? Or what was the philosophy and method of improving rural water supply? Or what was the philosophy of repairing the canals and vents of that period? Today, to prevent the disintegration of 62,000 Iranian villages, or to prevent the delivery of tankers to the villages, which is useless, or during frequent rural floods, they do not know how to control the floods, They study the field of electricity without any purpose, or the field of electronics, the field of sewage, or the field of watershed management, and they have established it in large universities or in free universities, where 67% of its graduates are unemployed today, or because they do not know the real technological goal. They are unemployed or disrupt the expenses of old fathers Have been themselves! And because all of them have modeled rainfed, or with their native knowledge and only reverse engineering, or from the administrative-technological institutions of the Americans, or in the model model of medicine of Khuzestan plain, Karaj plain and white rice field! Therefore, today, the entire urban or rural system of contemporary Iranians is in great pain! And its foreign appearance has appeared more in the plain of Khuzestan, which sows the seeds of superficiality of the Iranians in their province or in the plain full of rivers and plains of Khuzestan. Today, deep grooves have more flooding or more than other provinces or the drought years are affected by the construction of dams and canals in 9 provinces of origin and therefore all the plains of Khuzestan are deadlocked or still do not know Why "Stiran" Company American and to build the second and third dams of Khuzestan and why did it need research? Has it implemented the "urban sewage project" in the shortest period of time in 17 cities of Khoristan and is it also supported by the Environment Department and the Ahvaz Department of Health and Medical Sciences ?! Or the same department has given statistics that has done in the shortest time and about 397 km of urban sewage transmission lines in Khuzestan! Or about 5309 km and sub-sewage collection network has been laid! Or its suburban transmission lines are 435 km of sewage or Khuzestan sewage collection volume and in 1397 and the volume reaches 5548 73 AD or has been able to clear water and 10 dams north and east of Khuzestan And divide it into three parts, which include Khuzestan urban drinking water or Khuzestan agricultural water or industrial water is above 27 Khuzestan industrial towns, the documents of which are in the Ahvaz General Administration, but in the philosophy of industrial sewage, the same industries of Khuzestan and Karun, Karkheh and still Are they silent? Or in response to the complaints of some people who breathe in the sewage of Ahvaz neighborhoods and in the media and are still silent! Therefore, they do not have an answer to this question? Why is it common in the flat plains and underground water of Khuzestan, Gilan, Mazandaran and shallow wells? And all of them just dig a few meters of their own land and have shallow water wells to drink the water of the well, or all of them, by digging a few meters of their own well, can own a toilet well a few meters away, while they are next door to each other. There are toilet toilets next to each other and next to the wall and it is connected to the drinking water well of the second person in the same village and the prevalence of such rural water and sewage affairs is not a problem according to the ministry or they do not know what is the health philosophy or philosophy of rural sewage? Which did not exist in the era of Khans, but in the era of the drawing department of the Ahwaz engineering system! Or in the era of Ahvaz urban health department! And it is not observed! Or in the age of national media and the Ahwaz Health Department, every viewer is aware of the question  

Or with safe separation of the pipeline and other safe and sound water and not mixed during droughts and can operate by digging a few holes of safe water in their yard to give water to their livestock and no longer need to send water to the tanker or their palms can Give water to save the tree from certain death, or save it from drying out during the drought in Khuzestan, or be in their own homes with a high platform and safe from floods, and then come to the alley after the flood subsides and the water in Their streets and neighborhoods should be saved and they should only demand healthy human drinking water or seek help from the residents of other provinces or from the dams of other provinces and expect it! And this is the way they are blindly saved from administrative and technological institutions or from aimless administrations in Khuzestan! They only have to pay the monthly or seasonal subscription fee or give it to the Ministry of Energy! Or give modern sewage as a loan! If the loan mechanism of Khuzestan banks is fake, the subscriber wants a new monthly sewage, so that the banks and contractors can get cheap or easy in this way, but refuse to give the same loan to Khuzestan subscribers, but give technical and literate technical contractors power! They should do administrative work so that the aimless budgeting of the Khuzestan Province Program Organization can be prevented, or they can be saved through the privatization of water, sewage and electricity supply in Khuzestan! And know that the cost of these projects will be easy in this way!
