And only with the discretion of the Belgian, Swedish, German, British, American advisors in the new Iran, they have come to build a "new capitalist living system" in Iran! Or to the Iranians and their new way of life in the last 150 years and they have been accepted and their historical mission is over! In addition, the organization of people's electricity and water production companies or electricity and water joint-stock companies and their plants, which came into being with the birth of the Ministry of Water and Electricity in 1342 AH, and in the new era of economic livelihood, they no longer need the personnel of the Ministry of Energy, and the business system should be fixed. The needs of the Ministry of Economy should be postponed! Or the administration of mortgages and leases or the purchase and sale of houses and the administration of companies of construction complexes or partners in construction or housing, housing, or housing, national measures are taken from the hands of the managers of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, with the supervision of the courts and the supervision of Islamic contracts, and should be transferred to the Internet systems of the Ministry of Economy. The administrative organization or bureaucracy has dissolved this type of non-functioning ministry, and urban planning or accounting for the technical design of new neighborhood constructions has made its way to the private company of supervising engineers "urban construction and design". Or for the sustainability and stabilization of Iranian companies, there is no need for the existence of such unnecessary ministries anymore! For this reason, there is a need to "restructure the government" or "renew" The body of the state" and "the new institutionalization of the state" and the poverty and unhappiness of the Iranian people will disappear or disappear in the era of capitalist livelihood! Either investment security has been created for the people! Or the improvement of the people's livelihood has been improved, or it has been carried out by the same 8 old ministries of Iran, which have their roots in the religious institutions of Iranians and cannot be solved by "administrative modernity"! The "capitalist society" thesis does not say that it is systematized by western telecommunication companies, but it is not accompanied by the growth of the "industrial, technical and scientific productive stratum of the society" which today puts dozens of social strata in trouble, but in " The optimal task of banking those capitals has been transformed, but the unnecessary administrative bureaucracy does not allow the Iranian people to think rationally administratively and enter the era of "state industrial capitalism", and therefore it has hindered the improvement of their new industrial businesses. But they are unable to regulate the income and expenses of their new business! Or they are incapable of regulating the income and expenses of their scientific or artistic company, or of their sports company, medical company, or transportation company! But the functioning of income and expenditure of livelihood of 3 agricultural enterprises of the past was not like this, nor was the income and expenditure of the traditional trade or road management company of the past agricultural civilization of Iranians, and so on! Or in the shadow of the tact and wisdom of the scribes of the 8th Diwan of the Iranians, it was not like that! Or were they suffering from such "shortage of agricultural or garden livelihood"! In addition, they did well in adjusting the income and expenses of their "traditional production company"! Or did Iranians do it in the past economy! Or this type of successful economic growth was done in the shadow of "Zoroastrian jurisprudence of 1300" and it was done successfully in the shadow of Islamic jurisprudence of 1450 years ago, and only in the last 30 years, the privatization of Iran has become cramped! But as I said in my previous article, it was solved in Hanafi Islamic jurisprudence during the period of Mansur Caliph Abbasi! Either the legal system of correct ownership of buying and selling, leasing, farming and horticulture of the past "agricultural life of Iranians" was solved, or it was changed in favor of urban farmers and artisans and based on the texts of the Qur'an! Two-thirds of the legal verses of the Qur'an are related to property transactions, sex transactions, buying work tools, or buying livelihood services! It is true that the privatization department of the Ministry of Economy of Iran is not able to manage it correctly, but in the past eras, the clerks of the Court of Appeal of Iran were like that! And this is despite the fact that two-thirds of the verses of the Qur'an are legal provisions that are legally binding for the employees of the Ministry of Economy, and only one-third of the verses of the Qur'an are about the ethics of livelihood, which do not have a judicial-government obligation, or the religious verses of prayer, worship, and hajj, and therefore the Sharia of everything. said, but the employees of the Iran Privatization Administration are unable to understand its legal aspects! Christians or Zoroastrian jurisprudence acted and managed the labor rights or real estate rights of the movable and immovable property of their society well or according to the text of the mentioned religious books! Or the administrative courts of Zoroastrian, Sasanian, Parthian, Achaemenid, or Medes governments were like this, or they were like this during 1300 years and they were all "special legal system" It is only possible in this way and it does not make it difficult for me to endanger the livelihood of capitalism or the correct bank loan system or to create problems for the maintenance of industrial and employment-creating enterprises, and also without acting like the economy of China or Russia, which "proprietary or small Bourgeoisie" is removed, which does not exist in Islam, and I have mentioned it in the legal texts of my previous article and in the definition of Islam, ownership, its methods and its points. It is also different from "Goldquist economy of global capitalism"! But in order to get it off the ground, it only needs the surgery of the new ministries of the same society, which is followed by the contemporary trade union movement or the productive and chanting movement in the streets of Europe and they demand it! The method worked! or in Mesopotamia agricultural lands and that method of "land ownership" They called it, but they were not scientifically aware of the mechanism of the Asian production method, so they condemned the serfs in the name of private property, or they were not aware of the "agricultural production tools" of this Asian production method! And while this "ownership method of the Asian model" did not consider the Iranian serf as the big owner and only gave him the "right to usufruct" from the land or the irrigation system, or gave us the usufruct of the work tools and residential property of the village, or the benefits of dividing the work of the groups. He gave him the work of agricultural planning or the agricultural design of the countryside, which he had determined by the sacred verses of Avesta, or this type of religious work that "Avesta" It was given to Iranian farmers and many of their livelihood problems were solved, but now in the era of privatization in the 21st century, it is not solved, or the shareholders of the economic enterprises of the public joint-stock company do not have those benefits, or the members of the 6 industrial companies, joint ventures, cooperatives, and mixed companies do not have them. They have taken equity participation loans and facilities from the state bank, but they have faced impasses in the privatization of their company or in the new era, and in this way, they have created a type of loss-making enterprises, while the profitability and performance of the agricultural enterprises in the previous villages Iran and they were not like that! Or they were called by the name of the former village or 66 thousand units of the previous villages and they were not like that! And all of them were productive or job creators for their inhabitants! It was mentioned that the legal commitment of all kinds of agricultural or technical contracts was guaranteed by heaven, or it was found only by the orders of heavenly religions and the legal legitimacy of both sides, and it was not inviolable by the approval of the new parliament! Therefore, in this legal system, the transfer of private property is regulated by the Ministry of Economy's Privatization Department, and in addition, the government's military officer, or the Tax Department of the Ministry of Economy's or the Privatization Department, and the administrative decision has been limited, so he is forced to respect the rights of the citizen of the small owner and the Privatization Department. And the contracts are made or they are in "assignments" and also in the religion of Islam, there are such as Avesta orders, or there are contracts for the assignment of real estate, agriculture, animal husbandry, technical, medical, and sports, or with the text of "Afwa al-Aqud" There is that it is the order of God or it is a collective order and it is said with an imperative verb, or it is a collective order of God to all officials, or in Islamic jurisprudence, the observance or non-observance of said contracts, and "bilateral judicial and Shariah consideration" or in the implementation Its executive steps have been given to all judges and all government officials and collective sharia orders, which Hafez decreed to be mutually exclusive! And don't just unilaterally favor the government officials or the owner! which is in the text of the verses of the Qur'an and the book of Avesta and in both books, or in the execution of agricultural contracts related to the wages of workers or employers, and did not judge unilaterally, or in the execution of contracts between individuals, or in the courtroom, in the police station, or in the tax office, and such an order They should not accept one-sided rights and they should observe the two-way divine commitment or pay attention to all kinds of contracts and transactions, but in today's banking contracts between individuals in our society, there is no such commitment! Or in contracts between companies or in "contracts between It is not "banks" or it is not in the contracts between the government and our nation today, or this type of "legal and religious commitment" is not two-way! Or in our modern industrial livelihood, to the detriment of the "and popularized" productive class. The legal content of the agricultural civilization of Asians has been renewed and continued! And the agricultural livelihood contained in the book "Owner and Minister" by Mrs. Lambton, or in other books of rural sociology of Iran that exist, is also one of the Iranian branches of this "Asian method of production of ownership". And the "Thesis or Model of Western Industrial Capitalism" And the crisis created poverty in production, and although after 1372, when Article 44 was put into effect in Iran, and even though the number of factories, mines, hospitals, athletes, or universities was added in this historical period, or the number of schools, arcades, and transportation garages increased in Iran. Either the poultry farms or the refineries were increased by the false principle, or they became hundreds of times more than Iran's former by the hands of the employees of 10 ministries after the revolution, or the private jobs of Iran became more and more than before, and it created an unproductive "industrial" system, and in addition, the social stratifications of Iran were also changed, but because of " The "legal and religious" thesis was not strong, so the "theory of capitalism and investment" was unsuccessful! Or the "privatization" thesis was unsuccessful! Or the "capitalist life" thesis was unsuccessful! And because of this legal and theoretical defect and "industrial production surplus" After that, the Iranian revolution did not produce or increase Iran's new technical or scientific production enterprises, nor did it lead to the well-being of the employees of those new enterprises! And in addition, it destroyed their motivation! And in addition, in the last few years And most of the same "industrial and scientific institutions" of modernizing Iran also experienced stagnation of production or severe inflation or lack of exports or lack of liquidity and re-suspension of the nascent economic enterprise, all of which were due to the "deficiency of the legal content of the new industrial livelihood" which He ignored the old agricultural livelihood of Iranians, which was not so meaningless before! And for this reason, it had a livelihood for several thousand years, or it played an essential role in the agricultural production of Asians for several thousand years! In addition, it was due to this legal and religious content of its production forces that the content of the Avesta book or the Qur'an was based on "labor forces". He had given different rights, so that Anan Rao could motivate him to work in production, or make him out of the element of "pure slaves of the farms" and make him a "work force of the owner of Sharia rights in farms and urban factories"! And the acceptance of Zoroastrianism by Iranians or other Asian peoples was for this reason, and then the acceptance of Islam in different parts of Asia and because of the same content of the "rights of productive workers of two heavenly religions" was mentioned, but Western and European industrialization theorists do not accept it or theoreticians The atheistic Marxists of Asia deliberately do not want to accept this feature of labor rights or ownership of the heavenly religions of monotheistic Asians! Or at least understand! Therefore, in the last one hundred years of industrialization in Asia, they are having problems or they are mostly unsuccessful with their hidden theories of atheism and they imagine that "globalization of capitalism" and "polytheistic religion of Satanism" They can manage and advance what has not worked so far and their "non-Asian industrialization thesis" has not been answered! Or the "special method of Asian production" will also give a negative answer to that! In the anthropology faculties or in the legal sociology faculties of religions, the "legal order" of Asian peoples has been done without any difference! And the "future industrial living system of Asia" and the historical continuity of the new productive enterprises of that continent will not show success, nor will it condition the durability of the structures of the political governments belonging to the industrial civilization of Asia, nor the continuity of the administrative organs necessary for such "modern Asian state building" He considers it only dependent on understanding the labor rights of Asian religions! But they don't understand the atheistic Marxism of Mao or Xi Jinping or the ownership theory of Lenin and Putin or the atheist leaders of Central Asia or Eastern Europe or the irreligious kings of the Middle East and this type of " "Religion and government" had a special attitude and the religious conceptualization considers ownership higher than these "human institutions" or did not defer to the program organization or the central bank and its personnel and the rights of the people, which in the modern theories of government and economics in the western society and this type of "economic employees of the government" "And they are all done! And they gave their religion and various types of wages to the same peasant farmer or tax-paying citizen as "Fadosban" or "Khoreban". Today, the socialist governments of China, North Korea, Belarus, and Kazakhstan believe that if a Chinese worker or an Uzbek worker weaves a homemade basket in his own home with extra work and then sells it in the market, he has violated China's state property rights! He has made extra money for himself and for his extra work or by selling his home handicrafts in the Chinese market and "stealing from the government"! Therefore, he deserves to be punished! Or just fill their pockets with the income of the lands of other nations! Although during the 132-year rule of the Umayyads, they made some changes and took tribute from the conquered nations, but none of them followed the Quranic instructions or applied it in the "Reference Jurisprudence of the Umayyad Nation" and the agricultural land tenure system, until in the year 132 AH and became extinct! In addition, on pages 34 and 35 of the book Fatuh al-Baldan, he mentions the Iranian settlements of "Stina" and the village of "Saanba" and the village of "Hormoz" or the forests and swamp lands of Khosrow and Iraq or the "forest full of trees"
